Hunger's Face

The title is a metaphor that personifies the need of the creature, King Antiphates. “Hunger” is a simple word, but it carries a powerful emotional charge, evoking feelings of desperation and fury. The king’s face is the center of the work, and it is the center of the narrative. The texture of the earth moving, the explosion, the rage—everything is contained in the creature’s face.
